We offer a fully tailorable range of wedding photography services to suit your requirements: please contact us to discuss how we can put together a custom-built package for you. Typically our wedding packages include:

'Engagement' shoot

A photo shoot (2 hours duration) with you and your fiancé prior to the wedding either in our studio or at a venue of your choice. The purpose of this shoot is to get to know one another as well as to get a body of photography that can be used prior to and at your wedding, for example:

• A large, framed portrait of the two of you at the reception with broad borders allowing guests to write in their wishes for you and sign the photograph - a lasting memory of your reception;
• Portraits that can be used on your wedding invitations;
• Pictures that can form the basis of place name tags for the reception; and
• Many more!

Product: We will give you a CD with edited (B&W and colour) high resolution images suitable for printing.

We will also be available to advise you on further uses of the photographs and to be separately tasked to carry out further design, editing and production.

The wedding day

Six hours of our time to be spent as you wish and as agreed between us beforehand. We are two photographers so:

1. We can begin the day with the bride getting ready / groom getting ready,
2. The groom waiting (nervously and impatiently?) at the church,
3. Bride arriving at the church,
4. The ceremony,
5. Bride, groom and entourage photo shoot after the ceremony,
6. The traditional groups, and
7. The reception including speeches, cake cutting and the garter and flowers, the first dance and even extending to the bride and groom going away!

Product:

• We will give you a CD with edited (B&W and colour) high resolution images suitable for printing as well as a slide show of the photographs.
• Your engagement and wedding photographs on a private section of our web site for viewing and ordering by family and friends for a whole year.
• In addition you will be entitled to the following prints:

Credit may be taken in lieu of the above prints if you are going to invest in one or more of our optional items.

OPTIONAL ITEMS:

In addition to the above package, which we deliberately keep simple to allow for your personal tastes and requirements, we can offer the following items to complete your memories of your special day:

Your own web site and domain, e.g. aliceandfred.co.za, for a whole year subject to availability of the domain name you choose. This web site will be set up immediately after your engagement shoot and will immediately begin to showcase your special event. The website will have sections for:

• A page where you welcome guests to your own web site;
• Your story, an expertly edited story of your history together;
• Listing shops that carry your gift registry;
• Online wedding invitation RSVP service;
• Event details for your wedding, including directions to the church and wedding;
• Accomodation in the vicinity of your wedding for out-of-town guests;
• An online album of your engagement photographs;
• An online album of your wedding photographs;
• A shopping page so that your family and friends can order photographic prints as reminders of your wedding; and
• A guestbook where visitors can leave their wishes for you.

The website and hosting will be fully paid up for a year and so will be available for you to continue if you wish. The hosting package for the site will include many additional features such as a blog, that you can use as the foundation of your very own web presence.

Luxury photo book albums printed on paper with a life expectancy in excess of 100 years and beautifully bound in leather or a range of other options. These books offer the ultimate in reproduction quality and longevity for your treasured memories. Page designs can include photographs, text and images of any objects that complete the total picture of your wedding. In this way excerpts from the wedding ceremony, the vows, congratulatory emails and much more may be included in these professionally designed and printed items.These magnificent books can vary from 30 cm X 30 cm and 40 pages (sides) to large 40 cm X 50 cm books with 60 pages (sides).

Bound coffee table books, printed on medium weight paper and professionally presented. These books are true coffee table books, bound in the traditional way and can literally be left around your home for family and friends to browse through. These beautiful books can vary from small books of just 20 pages (15 cm X 20 cm) that make ideal thank you gifts for your guests or memorabilia for close friends and family to large 84 page (30 cm X 30 cm) luxury books for your home.

Wedding albums in the traditional meaning of the term, although not offering the luxury and benefits of the above options, are still alive and popular. Taking up to 200 photographs, album prices can vary from R1000 upwards depending on size, number of pictures and album quality. Please discuss your requirements with us.

Prints can be made from your photographs at any time. Print sizes range from the well-known 'Jumbo' (10 cm X 15 cm) to massive A0 (120 cm X 80 cm) canvas and fine art paper prints. We can even print giant wall-size collages for that empty wall in your new home! The CD you receive contains edited photographs suitable for printing high quality prints up to 12.1 cm X 19.1 cm (5" X 7.5"). If you require larger prints or any special editing please contact us for a quotation.

Stuffy and stiff old studio portraits are a thing of the past! We specialise in relaxed portraiture of you or your family, taken in your home, office, a special place or in our well-equipped studio.

Our maternity and new-born portrait packages offer a one-stop, two-shoot solution that will give you a complete set of 'before and after' memories of your special event. In addition, we offer ongoing baby or family shoots to show the little one's progress and growth in their first year.

Our portrait packages all include a minimum of 2 hours of photographing time. Once the photographs have been taken they will be posted on your own private area of our web site where they will be available to you for a whole year. You will be able to order prints directly from the web site or from us. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to hear about our exciting prortraiure proposals..

No images of wedding, portrait or any other client will ever be sold to any third party whatsoever! The images that are made during your wedding remain the property of the photographer and we may use these to advertise our services by including them in our online portfolio but you will never find a picture of yourself advertising anything, anywhere due to us selling or otherwise licensing the image. Period.

The following terms and conditions are applicable to all bookings for services, inlcuding weddings, portrait sessions and other pre-booked events.

1. Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
2. Prices are fixed for 90 days but may fluctuate beyond that time. If price changes are necessary these will be kept strictly in line with changes in input costs.
3. Travel within 20 km of Pretoria East (The Willows) is included. Additional travel will be charged at R2-00 per kilometre by car or actual costs for location weddings in other centres.
4. Time in excess of hours included above will be charged at R400 per hour.
5. Design time for additional editing of photographs, page layout, etc. will be charged at R300 per hour unless included in a separate quotation.
6. A cancellation fee of 50% may be levied if you cancel your booking less than 1 week before the event.
7. We make every attempt to make perfect memories of your perfect day. Unfortunately we cannot say the same for weather, earthquakes and other unforeseen and unforeseeable occurrences and cannot guarantee against such things.
8. Payment terms are strictly 50% with booking and the remainder one month prior to the event for event photography (weddings, portrait sessions).
9. Prints, books and other products may require deposits for large orders but are generally cash on delivery. Please discuss pricing of optional items with us.
